The first coat ordered arrived within two days and I was absolutely thrilled. The measurement guide on the website was a great help and ensured that the coat fitted perfectly.
It is a heavy, well-made garment and ideal for very cold weather. It is also very smart and gets a lot of compliments, wherever I wear it.
On the first day, my daughter was so impressed that she placed an order and was delighted to receive confirmation that it was on its way. Unfortunately, there was a total breakdown in communication with the carrier and it took some time for the problem to be resolved.
However, as soon as the problem came to the attention of the management of DuffleCoatsUK, the speed with which they did all they could to make amends was breathtaking.
